Offers are open to valid and active U.S.-based small businesses only, subject to verification at Verizon’s sole discretion. Up to a total of 1,000 $50 American Express gift cards will be awarded on a first come first serve basis to eligible small business owners who respond to these offers by November 29, 2013. The offer to receive a gift card for obtaining a firm price quote from Verizon is only open to U.S.-based small businesses located in areas where Verizon can provide High Speed Internet or FiOS Internet services. Existing Verizon Solutions for Business customers are not eligible. Limit one gift card per offer per business, address and/or email address. The gift card will be mailed within 4-6 weeks. Verizon employees, contractors, directors and officers are not eligible.
