Kohls returns false advertising!!!!
I tried to return tru 18qt electric oven because the first time I used it the temp was so low it cooked the turkey for 6 hours to reach 180 degrees. I bought an oven therometer to check the roaster it would only reach 250-300 when set to 450 degrees. This was purchased at the kohl san leandro california. Because I had mailed the receipt and bar code for the rebate the customer service person called a manager over, right away he said that is not ours, I told him I purchased it from their store, he said we have never carried it and walked away. The guy in customer service told me there is nothing I can do.
They could have looked on my charge to see I purchased it from them.
Poor business!!!!!!
