These are all “like new” as they don’t meet Amazon’s “new” standard, because the packaging is damaged or some other minor condition.

this is misleading and incorrect. just bec it comes with orig packaging doesnt mean its new… im in the biz and sell things with original packaging… DOES NOT MAKE IT NEW!!!
I think your mistaken. This is sold directly by Amazon and not a 3rd party seller, and their policy regarding Used-Like New items is that they have to be new, but their called “used” because packaging is damaged, or something minor like that. look it up.
Your in the business of selling used products with their original packaging, but those are actually used products! If you were to sell those on Amazon, you would have to list them as “Used” and not “Like New”. Can a 3rd party seller mislabel an item as “Used-Like New? Sure, but these are sold directly by Amazon!
ur 100% wrong. as quoted below, like new just means its all there OR ACCOUNTED FOR. but its used (probably like an open box return) … and yet it still has original packaging… so its the best ‘used’ u can get…
‘like new’ is NOT its own category, its actually ‘used-like new’…
and im not in the bizz of selling used stuff, i sell new, but inevitably, i end up with returns…
i have no idea if its a good price or not. but its deff not NEW…

Just ordered it, whom should I trust that these are fully new??
Why don’t you get it first, and if there is an issue, return it??
I’ve had good experience with used-like new items in the past.
Amazon’s policy on used-like new items.
“An item in perfect working condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing, but the original packaging is intact and in good condition with minor damage possible. Instructions are included.” Instructions are included, means that if there is any problem with the item, Amazon will write the issue in the description. For example, if it’s scratched, Amazon will write “Scratched”. If the packaging is damaged, they’ll write “Packaging Damaged”
A quick google search yields that it is basically impossible to tell the difference between new and like new.
“Like New – A “like new”” item sold on Amazon Warehouse Deals is in perfect condition, but due to the condition of the packaging, it does not meet Amazon’s standards for new product. For customer-returned product, it’s possible that the previous customer opened and removed the product from the original packaging. If a returned item comes back in perfect physical condition and through our testing process we determine the working condition is perfect, the item may be deemed “like new.” Physical damage to the outer box of a factory-sealed item in our warehouse can also lead to the condition being taken from Amazon.com “new” to Amazon Warehouse Deals “like new.”
Personally, if it the item was a couple of bucks cheaper then the new item, i’d pay the extra bucks, but in this case where I can save a few hundred bucks, i’d go for this, and in worse case scenario i’ll just return to Amazon.
