American Express has released a new targeted promotion where you will receive a $20 statement credit on a $100+ purchase at Macy’s. 
This offer is good both for online and in-store purchases. Good through June 15, 2014.
This offer is also good for Macy’s gift card Purchases! This means that even if you do not plan (or are not sure) any Macy’s spending between now and June 15, you can still lock in the savings by purchasing a gift card and using it at a later date. Of course you can also just probably sell the gift card for more than $80 you paid for it, at such places like ebay or Raise.
To check if you qualify and to sign up for this promotion:
- Sign into your AmericanExpress.com account
- Scroll down and click on the “Amex Offers For You” tab
- Check to see if the Macy’s offer is there.
- Select the “Save Offer” button
