Just received mine. Lord & Taylor product description is extremely inaccurate. This is NOT a 10k BTU air conditioner. It is something called an ‘air cooler’. Packaging says ‘not an air conditioner’ and no mention of 10,000 btu anywhere on packaging. Very disappointed.
That is clearly not right, the description clearly says it’s a “10k BTU air conditioner”. I hope Lord & Taylor makes it right for you. Sorry.
