Chase Increases Bonus On Sapphire Preferred Card To 55,000 Points

Chase has increased the sign up bonus on the Sapphire Preferred from 4sapphire_preferred_card0,000 bonus points to now 50,000 + 5,000 bonus points when you add an authorized user. You will now receive 50,000 bonus points after spending $3,000 in the first 3 months and an additional 5,000 points when you add an authorized user to your account.

There is also another new offer of 40,000 + 5,000 bonus points. The difference between the offers is that the 55k bonus offer comes with a $125 annual fee after first year as opposed to the 45k sign-up bonus which comes with a $95 annual fee.

There is no fee for adding an authorized user.
