I recently made a short jaunt to the holy land – as it was pretty hard to resist with the  $350 ticket deal – and stayed over the weekend for free, using just one night certificate, at the new fabulously luxurious Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. It was awesome! It’s the nicest hotel in Israel by far. It’s right next to Mamila and just right outside the old city. Service was great and I got an upgrade being that I was a gold member. The meals there are a bit pricey at $110 per meal per adult – good thing I had other arrangements. Breakfast however is free for Gold members, and is just amazing, lavish and abundant. Breakfast ends at 11 am on the weekend, so you can definitely use that as an early lunch if you prefer instead of spending the $110 on the regular lunch meal. The spa was not yet open, though it should be opening within the near future. Once open, it will be the only Hilton property in the world to boast entirely separate spas for both men and women.
